Southwest corner of bell tower - first tier above street level

Note that the bricks beneath the sill cap on this west wall are bulging out about two inches, separating from the bricks beneath.  A 4' x 12' section of the wall will need to be taken off, the bricks cleaned, and relaid to ensure the structural integrity of this wall and, consequently, the entire bell tower.  This whole concourse of brick work is about to peel away from the wall, and fall to the sidewalk.
